In the event that you do need service related to your product, you may access your service contract or service description by using this Service Contracts and Service Description page. This page also includes third-party service contracts and service descriptions, which are sold to you by Dell. If you purchased a Service package, then please refer to the descriptions of the Service packages below. Please note that not all services and service packages are available for purchase on all Dell products.
These contracts apply to products purchased through Dell's Home & Home Office segment. Please refer to your invoice to verify if one or more of these contracts is applicable to you (and the duration of such contracts). If you do not have your invoice, then a copy of your invoice can be found at:

Basic Support Package for Dell-branded Products
The terms and conditions of the following contracts apply to each Basic Support Package during the term of the service plan. Please verify whether you purchased Mail-in Service or In-Home Service After Remote Diagnosis by referring to your invoice from Dell. The invoice will reflect the choice you made when you purchased your product from Dell. For any service that requires Remote Diagnosis, you may be asked to access the inside of your system (where safe to do so) or to participate in troubleshooting until a cause can be isolated. For In-Home Service After Remote Diagnosis and Mail-In Service (Dell Pays Freight): for issues covered by Limited Hardware Warranty, technician and/or part will be dispatched, if necessary, usually in 1 or 2 business days following Remote Diagnosis.
Total Support Package for Dell-branded Products
The terms and conditions of the following contracts apply to each Total Support Package during the term of the service plan. For any service that requires Remote Diagnosis, you may be asked to access the inside of your system (where safe to do so) or to participate in troubleshooting until a cause can be isolated. For In-Home Service After Remote Diagnosis: for issues covered by Limited Hardware Warranty, technician and/or part will be dispatched, if necessary, usually in 1 or 2 business days following Remote Diagnosis. Please refer to your invoice to verify your service plan. Your invoice will reflect the choice you made when you purchased your product from Dell.

Advanced Support Package for Dell-branded Products
The terms and conditions of the following contracts apply to each Advanced Support Package during the term of the service plan.
