- Dell | Terascala HPC storage solution (DT-HSS) delivers a tightly integrated, parallel file system platform with high-output storage based on the Lustre™ file system. Designed with an appliance-like approach, the DT-HSS is easy to deploy, configure and manage, and is scalable for both capacity and performance. Intelligent, intuitive management software simplifies Lustre-based environments and increases total reliability with specific failover capabilities for object and metadata server nodes.
- Dell HPC NFS Storage Solutions (NSS) provides superior performance and is optimized for throughput because it is based on our building block approach with Dell PowerEdge™ servers and Dell PowerVault™ storage platforms. We provide this solution as one complete package with hardware, software, a file system, spare drives and Dell ProSupport™.
Dell HPC Tiered Storage Solution (HTSS) delivers a tiered storage solution that supports moving data from primary NFS storage (NSS) to a different storage medium, typically a lower-cost option. The Dell HTSS can be used as a hierarchical storage manager (HSM), or as a classic archive solution, or as both hierarchical and classic solutions. The HTSS HSM integrates the Dell PowerVault DL2200 appliance with the Dell NSS/NSS-HA solution Stack, Dell PowerVault™ DX Object Storage and Dell PowerVault™ ML6000 Tape Library Device.
Dell PowerVault NX3500 offers an entry-level, cost-effective primary storage solution that uses the Dell Fluid File System (DSFS) for enterprises that need NFS/CIFS access. This includes data protection features such as replication and snapshots with high-capacity scalability.
- DataDirect Networks Storage provides outstanding performance and capacity scalability. Although DataDirect™ Networks Storage products are not validated as part of a preconfigured solution stack, we offer them for your use. The DataDirect™ Networks Storage products have been successfully deployed in many of our Dell HPC clusters.
- Panasas® Parallel Storage Cluster delivers exceptional capacity and performance scaling with an appliance-like ease of management. Although ActiveStor™ is not validated as part of a preconfigured solution stack, we offer the ActiveStor storage products and have deployed them in many Dell HPC clusters.
