Dell today announced that on Jan. 23, 2013, a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per common share will be payable to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on Jan. 2, 2013.

Dell began paying a quarterly cash dividend in October following the Board of Directors approval of a dividend policy earlier this year.
