1. Reset The PC Counter

  1. Turn the printer off
  2. Press and hold down the Check Button and the Right Arrow Button on the printer
  3. Turn the printer back on
  4. Release your fingers from the buttons when the message Performing Self Test appears
  5. Press the Left Arrow Button or the Right Arrow Button to scroll to Reset PC Count, then press the Select Button
  6. After the Resetting message, press the Left Arrow Button or the Right Arrow Button to scroll to Exit Config
  7. Press the Select Button to restart the printer and apply the changes

Note: These steps should only be performed after replacing the Imaging Drum Cartridge
