iDRAC6 Web Interface Will Not Accept ": Colon Character in User Password

Question
If a user attempts to create or change a user password in the iDRAC6 web GUI, a colon is not accepted. The iDRAC6 web page will flash, and the password does not take.
A colon is an acceptable ASCII character, and is allowed to be used in the user password.
Answer
Use the local or remote RACADM CLI utilityto set the password when using a colon.
