The only way to correct the above error is to reinstall SBS 2011 and choose any name other than NetAdmin for the built-in administrator account.
This issue is caused by using the reserved name NetAdmin for the built-in administrator account. This account already exists as a template. The user-created administrator account is used for various critical setup processes; therefore, if it cannot be created, the installation fails.
