    500 MHz+ Processor
Minimum 2 GB RAM; Recommended 4 GB RAM
100 MB free disk space for every 1,000,000 files/folders scanned

Windows clusters and NAS devices need to be managed by a remote agent, located on a machine running a Windows O/S that is supported by Enterprise Reporter.

When an agent service is installed on Windows Server 2012, you must disable the following local policy: User Account Control: run all Administrators in Admin Approval Mode.

    Upgrade and Compatibility

Note the following when upgrading to Enterprise Reporter 2.5:
Disable clusters to stop discoveries from being sent to the nodes.
Cancel any jobs running on the nodes to stop data from writing to the Enterprise Reporter database.
Create a backup of the database.
Note the port number being used by the Enterprise Reporter server.
    Upgrade the Enterprise Reporter components.
    Upgrade the nodes.
Manually upgrade any manually configured nodes.
Enable any disabled clusters to resume discoveries.
    Upgrade the Access Explorer agents.

    Note the following for compatibility:

When deploying the agent service to scan and index security information, consider agent services from Quest One Identity Manager Data Governance Edition and Quest Access Manager. Agent services from these products cannot coexist on the same agent computer. To scan the same scopes/targets from all of these products, ensure that different agent computers are used.
