Latitude E6430 batteria carica 100% ma si spenge all'improvviso dopo poco

If I unplug the power supply, even though the battery is charged, after about 2 minutes the PC suddenly turns off. If I try to turn it back on, it won't turn on until I plug in the power supply. If I connect the power supply for a second and after the battery LED lights up I unplug it, I can turn on the PC with only the battery, but after the same time it turns off again. It happens with both Windows 10 and Linux which I have in dual BOOT. However, if I enter the BIOS, the PC does not turn off and remains on with the battery until the operating system starts. Even starting the diagnostics from boot option F12, it says that both the power supply and the battery are OK, and the PC never shuts down with just the battery as long as I remain in the diagnostics.
Only when an operating system starts then it suddenly switches off always after the same time after the power supply has been disconnected.
In BIOS events I see the "ASF2 Force off" event when the PC suddenly shuts down.
Various diagnostics all give positive results.
How can it be solved?

Se stacco l'alimentatore, nonostante la batteria sia carica, dopo circa 2 minuti il PC si spenge all'improvviso. Se tento di riaccenderlo, non si accende fino a che non collegare l'alimentatore. Se collegare l'alimentatore per un secondo e dopo che si accende il LED della batteria lo stacco, posso accendere il PC con la sola batteria, ma dopo lo stesso tempo si spende di nuovo. Avviene sia con Windows 10 che con Linux che ho in dual BOOT. Se invece entro nel BIOS, il PC non si spende e rimane acceso con la batteria fino a che non avvia il sistema operativo. Anche facendo partire la diagnostica dal boot option F12, dice che sia l'alimentatore che la batteria sono OK, e il PC non si spenge mai con la sola batteria fino a che resto nella diagnostica.
Solo quando avvia un sistema operativo allora si spende improvvisamente sempre dopo lo stesso tempo dal distacco dell'alimentatore.
Negli eventi del BIOS vedo l'evento "ASF2 Force off" quando il PC si spende all'improvviso.
Vari diagnostici danno tutti esito positivo.
Come si può risolvere?
