dell support assist 无法检测硬件,硬件列表也刷新不出来

本月13日 在dell command|update 中更新了 bois 和 显卡, 之后开始死机, 毫无征兆地突然鼠标和键盘没反应了. 只能电源键按十秒以上重启.  大概每天一次这种死机.  重启之后看起来一切正常,没有任何报错.  运行dell support assist 无法检测硬件,硬件列表也刷新不出来,也没有报错. dell command|update 的硬件升级记录也是成功升级.
