The term of the Gold Technical Support plan you choose must match the length of your Limited Warranty*.


Systems purchased with Gold Technical Support will have an Express Service Code sticker on the chassis and a welcome letter that includes the direct Gold Technical Support phone number. When you call Dell technical support, enter the Express Service Code when prompted and your call will be transferred to the dedicated Gold Technical Support queue, or call the Gold Technical Support queue directly.
