Setting Up Your Installation Service Appointment Before your system arrives, you will be contacted to confirm your order and review details of this service. After you receive your new Dell computer, a third party technician will contact you to confirm that you have received your complete order, including other equipment you have purchased. During this call, you and the technician will schedule an installation service appointment Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm. One business day after you purchase your computer, the installation provider will attempt to contact you to confirm your order, review details of the service, and schedule your installation appointment. During this call, you and the installation provider will schedule an installation service appointment. The day prior to your scheduled appointment, the installation provider will contact you to confirm that you have received your complete order and verify the appointment time. What are the hours of operation for Installation? All appointments are scheduled for the technician to arrive within a 2 hour window, Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm, local time; Saturdays between 8:00am and 6:00pm; local time.
