Due to budget constraints, AISD had a difficult time hiring enough technologists to cover all its schools’ help-desk needs in a timely manner. It also wanted to provide students with hands-on technology education to better prepare them for tomorrow’s workforce.
Using the Dell TechKnow curriculum, AISD was able to teach students practical, relevant technology skills while supplementing its first-response help desk staff to improve response time.
