Indiana’s Office of Technology (IOT) faced an aging, diverse PC fleet, ineffective remote management technologies, and a complex IT environment that made management difficult and drove up support costs.

IOT standardized the state’s PCs on Dell^TM  OptiPlex^TM  desktops based on the Intel^®  Core 2^TM Duo processor with Intel^®  vPro^TM  technology.
