Dell has been awarded the prestigious Pinnacle Award 2004 for outstanding customer satisfaction and support from SAP AG. This is the second time Dell has been a recipient of the award which recognizes partners that have excelled in developing their partnership with SAP and demonstrated excellence in providing complementary high-quality enterprise products, solutions and services to joint customers.
The Pinnacle Award, presented to Dell at SAP SAPPHIRE® 2005 in Copenhagen, is the result of a survey of SAP customers that ranked Dell ahead of more than 1,000 partners.
