Save a Template

Templates have two distinct purposes:

  • Templates allow you to save frequently ordered configurations or lists of products eliminating the need to locate or re-configure items during future orders.
  • Or, if you are not ready to save a Cart as an E-quote for your purchasing agent, a Template of the order, viewable only by you, can serve as a working draft of an E-quote.

Templates have no expiration date and any price changes that may occur over time will be reflected when you access a saved template.

To save a Template:

  • Add items to your Cart
  • Click "Save as Template."
  • Create a new Template by entering a name for your Template and clicking "Save Template" or,
  • Update an existing Template by choosing "Replace Existing Template" and selecting the Template to replace.
