The Right Approach to Server and Storage Deployment
Dell provides a comprehensive set of remote and on-site installation services for PowerEdge and PowerEdge SC servers as well as PowerVault and Dell | EMC and Dell EqualLogic storage products to help reduce the time required to get your system up and running while making efficient use of your employees' time. These installation services help speed up deployment, supply necessary expertise for correct installation and help minimize disruptions to your business.
- On-site server deployments include the physical installation of the server, installation of Dell Power Distribution Units (“PDU”s), basic diagnostics testing, configuration of the server hardware, installation of your Dell supported NOS, connection of the server to the Customer’s network, and creation of up to five user logins. Where no integration is needed we also provide basic rack mounting services.
- Dell also offers remote setup for new or existing Dell PowerEdge, PowerVault, select Dell | EMC and Dell EqualLogic storage products. Through a secure internet connection, we can remotely configure your new server. This service is a cost effective and efficient way to get your new Dell server and storage products integrated into your environment.
