Dell is participating in all computer related sales tax holidays in qualifying states (with the exception of Missouri) for purchases of qualifying items. Please go to www.dell.com/exempt and find the State Sales Tax Holidays 2012 info and then click on your state’s website for full details.

The AL sales tax holiday provision requires items to be paid for and delivered during the holiday period. Since covered items ordered during the holiday will not be delivered until after the holiday, Dell’s transactions do not qualify for the exemption.

The Missouri Sales Tax Holiday Provision is related to state SALES tax. Dell is registered to collect the vendors use tax and, therefore, cannot participate in the Missouri Sales Tax holiday.

Dell Marketing LP participates in all computer-related sales tax holidays, with exception of Missouri, for purchases of qualifying items. The time periods and listing of qualifying items can be found on the state website links found at www.dell.com/exempt. If your purchases qualify for a state sales tax holiday, your invoice will not reflect tax.

*DELL PREFERRED ACCOUNT (DPA): Offered to U.S. residents by WebBank, who determines qualifications for and terms of credit. Promotion eligibility varies and is determined by WebBank. Taxes, shipping, and other charges are extra and vary. Payments equal 3% of your balance or $20, whichever is greater. Minimum Interest Charge is $2.00.
