For peripherals with a manufacturer’s warranty of 3 years, Extended Service Plan will only cover those charges not covered by the peripheral manufacturer. The Extended Service Plan begins upon expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty and covers defects and breakage of select third-party peripherals. Technical support and “how to” questions are not covered. The Extended Services Plan contract expires upon replacement of or reimbursement for the peripheral. Technicians may perform basic troubleshooting before facilitating the shipment of the item to a depot for repair or before determining if the item needs replacement. Replacements may be
refurbished. Available only in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
