XPS Limited Warranty

An XPS/Dell Limited Warranty^* helps ensure your system is safe from defects and faulty components. While we don’t anticipate any problems with your hardware, your XPS limited warranty^* can minimize potential downtime and costly repairs. And all XPS systems come standard with a minimum of one full year’s coverage, versus the standard 90 days for our Dimension^TM desktops.

Limited Warranty Extension

Upgrade your limited warranty^* and keep your XPS system protected longer. XPS and Dimension desktop limited warranties^* are extendable to up to four years.

Rapid-Response Phone Support

All XPS system owners will receive rapid response^* support from our XPS trained technicians. We are available to assist you 24/7, during the term of your limited warranty^*

Online Support and Chat

Our online support site is loaded with valuable information including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, hints and tips. Or, you can get in touch with a support rep via e-mail or online chat, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

At-Home

If, after e-mail, chat or phone-based troubleshooting, it’s identified that a part or component on your PC needs to be replaced, leave it to the professionals. For parts that are not customer replaceable units, At-Home Service^* puts a trained professional at your door to fix your desktop often on the next business day. For even more convenience you get Night and Weekend Hours On 3 Yr & 4 Yr At-Home Service^* contracts, service is available during extended hours: M-F 8am - 9pm, Sat. 8am - 5pm, and Sun. 10am - 5pm. Mail-In service is not available for desktops
