Have you added the Dell Home and Home Office address to your address book?

  • Many e-mail providers impose restrictions on e-mail delivery, which may impact our ability to communicate with you and/or your ability to view images in HTML. To ensure you properly receive your Weekly promotions newsletter, please add Dell@homeandhomeoffice.dell.com to your book.
  • Some e-mail providers allow you to add the Dell Home and Home Office domain, which lets all Dell subscriptions reach you. If your e-mail provider permits this, please add homeandhomeoffice.dell.com to ensure you properly receive all Dell Home and Home Office communication.

Why do you need to add Dell Home and Home Office to your address book? Many e-mail services and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have blocking or filtering systems in place to help protect you from unsolicited e-mail. However, these same systems may inadvertently block e-mail you have requested from Dell Direct Deals. The links below provide instructions to help ensure our e-mails reach you:
