Dell Printer Recycling

Dell provides an easy and environmentally-friendly way to retire your old printer, ink or toner.

Pack the toner cartridge or printer you want to recycle in the box that your new Dell product arrived in. From the Dell Recycling page, click the "Recycle Now " button under the appropriate product. For printers, enter your new printer service tag and click "Submit ". Complete the Online Waybill Form and click "Submit ". Print the prepaid waybill, and affix to the box, making sure not to cover any shipping information or barcodes. You may schedule a pickup or drop off your package at the nearest FEDEX location.

To schedule a FEDEX Ground^®  pickup:

Go to fedex.com and choose "Schedule a Pickup" under the "Ship " tab, or Call 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339) and say "Schedule a pickup". If you feel confident about the safety of your package, you can leave it outside your front door on the day you scheduled a pickup.

To find a drop off location:

Go to fedex.com and choose "Find Locations" under the "Ship " tab, or Call 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339) and say "Locations".
