Dell Ratings & Reviews Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Dell Inc. (“Dell”) and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their immediate families and those living in their households, are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. To enter the Sweepstakes, submit a Rating & Review on www.dell.com for any reviewable product you have used. Reviewable products on the Dell Home and Home Office site include: any electronic & accessory products, Dell desktops or notebooks. Reviewable products on the Dell Small Business site include any Dell notebook, desktop, or server. To submit a review on-line, you must have an on-line account. You can set up an on-line account at https://ecomm.dell.com/dellstore/myaccount/signup.aspx and accept the Ratings and Reviews Terms and Conditions. Once logged into the on-line account, you can select any reviewable product within www.dell.com and click “write a review”. You will automatically be entered in the sweepstakes by submitting an approved review. An approved review meets the stated Terms & Conditions in the on-line review form that you accepted when you created your on-line ratings and reviews account. Multiple reviews/entries are allowed by reviewing multiple products, however, only one review/entry per product is allowed. The on-line registration instructions will request you to submit your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address (if you have one) and feedback. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. C.T. on November 19, 2009 and ends at 5:00 p.m. C.T. on February 27, 2010. On-line entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. C.T. on February 27, 2010. Each valid product review will equal one entry. Multiple entries are permitted. All entries become the exclusive property of Dell and will not be acknowledged nor returned. Three winners will be determined by a random drawing conducted by a Dell Inc. representative on March 19, 2009 and winner will be announced on March 20, 2010. Winner will be notified by e-mail or by phone on or about March 25, 2010. Each winner will have fourteen (14) days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail or by phone. Dell and its agencies shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner. Each winner will receive a $500 Dell Promotional Gift Card. Promotional Gift Card redeemable only through Dell Home and Home Office Sales. Dell Promotional card use subject to the terms and conditions. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit: One (1) prize per person. Total ARV for all Prizes: $1,500. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Dell and its agencies shall not be liable for (a) late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (b) telephone, electronic, program, network, Internet, or computer failures of any kind; or (c) failed, incomplete, garbled, unintelligible, or delayed computer messages. If the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised or corrupted at any time, Dell reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes. Dell and its agencies shall not be liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants release and hold Dell and its agencies harmless from any and all damages and claims of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release from liability and failure to do so within fourteen (14) days of receipt of such affidavit and release will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify a winner’s consent to the use of his/her name, address (city and state only), voice and/or photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. By registering to enter the Sweepstakes, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these official Sweepstakes rules. The laws of the United States apply to and govern this Sweepstakes, and any claims must be raised and resolved in the United States.
