When will my order ship?
Dell Outlet is committed to providing you with superb value, high-quality, relevant technology, and excellent service and support. Because Dell Outlet systems are already built and preconfigured, systems are typically scheduled to ship within 24 hours of approval and verification of order payment. Occasionally, however, factory delays or issues with payment verification may delay shipments.
Upon completion of your order, we will provide you with an estimated ship date. To determine the approximate date of delivery for your order, you should add the appropriate number of business days for the shipping option you chose to the estimated ship date (see shipping options below).

What are my shipping options?
The following shipping options are available:
- Next Business Day Delivery
Need your computer fast? With the next business day delivery option, your system will be scheduled for prompt delivery on the business day after your order has shipped. - 2nd Business Day Delivery
This service is an efficient alternative for shipments that do not require next business day delivery, yet need to arrive fast. Your system will be scheduled for delivery two business days after your order has shipped. - 3-5 Day Ground Delivery
For a dependable and low-cost option, Ground Delivery is an excellent choice if timing is not critical for the arrival of your computer. (Available in the Continental U.S only).
