Outlined below are the different ways you can pay the amount due on your Dell Preferred Account. For more specific information regarding your statement and other account details, you may visit www.dell.com/dfs and create a profile to manage your Dell Preferred Account online.

To pay your Dell Preferred Account bill online, visit the Dell Financial Services payment center and have your checking account information available.

Getting Started:
  1. Have your checking account and bank routing numbers available
  2. Click Here to create an online profile or to log into your online account
  3. Enter the 19 digit account number, social security number, and mother’s maiden name to create an online profile
  4. To make a payment, click on the “Pay” button or select ‘Make a Payment’
  5. Payments made by 5 PM CT will be credited the same day. Payments made after 5 PM CT will be credited on the following calendar day
  6. Allow 2 to 3 business days for payment to appear on your Dell Preferred Account
Note: If paying via your online banking account, please ensure that your bank allows the complete 19 digit Dell Preferred Account number to be entered for accurate crediting to your account.
