Have your 19-digit Dell Preferred Account number, zip code, bank account number and bank routing number available
Payments made using automated telephone system by 5 PM CT will be processed the same day
Same day expedited payments taken by a DFS representative, require a fee and are processed the day the payment is initiated until 8 PM CT
Fee for processing an expedited payment is $14.95
DFS representatives are available Mon-Fri 7 AM to 8 PM CT
Allow 2 to 3 business days for the payment to appear on your Dell Preferred Account
