Fax the form and a copy of a voided check to Dell Financial Services at 512-283-1854 or mail them to: Dell Preferred Account Autopay, P.O. Box 81577, Austin, TX 78708-1577
Allow up to 5 business days for activation after your form is received by Dell Financial Services
You will receive an email confirmation regarding your AutoPay activation to the email address provided on your AutoPay form
Payments are processed on the date the payment is due
Allow 2 to 3 business days for payment to appear on your Dell Preferred Account
Note: AutoPay cannot be setup for past due accounts. You may bring your account current by contacting customer care at 1-800-283-2210, and then submit a request to set up AutoPay on your Dell Preferred Account.
