    State of Louisiana NASPO ValuePoint 2015-2022 Master Price Agreement – Computer Equipment, Peripherals, and Related Services

    The pricing in the state store listed below is reflective of NASPO ValuePoint Contract # MNWNC-108. Please include the State Contract Number 4400002525 and Contract Code WN14AGW/C000000010742 on all Purchase Orders.

    • The State of Louisiana authorizes all state agencies, political subdivisions, including public educations entities, and other entities (including cooperatives) to procure available products and services under the Dell Marketing L.P. NASPO ValuePoint MNWNC-108 contract.

    • 1. Configuration Limits – software is part of the configuration limit

        a. Servers/Storage - $500K/configuration
        b. Desktops/Laptops - $10K/configuration
        c. Tablets/Peripherals - $5K/configuration

      2. Total release/purchase order amount shall not exceed $1,000,000.  Procurements shall not be artificially divided to circumvent the $1,000,000 threshold.

      3.  Leasing is excluded from purchase under this contract.

      This participating addendum expires July 31, 2022.
