New Purchase History Features

One-Click View Open Orders:

With one click, view all your open orders and orders that have shipped in the last two weeks. 

 

Select the "View Open Orders" link.

                                                        

 

Customized Reports:

Create and save a customized report with the fields that matter to you.  Each individual may save 20 custom reports.

 

Select the "Customize Report" link. 

Highlight an Available Field you would like to include on your custom report, then click on the "Add" button. 

Name and save your custom report.

                                                        

When selecting a report to run, notice that the five standard reports appear first in the drop down, then your custom reports.

Downloading Reports

When you download a customized report to Excel, you may choose to download only the columns you see or all the available data. Selecting "Excel" download from the five standard reports downloads only the columns you see.

 

Select the "Excel" option to view results in Excel.

                                                        

Service Tag Information

 

To see the service tags and warranty status of all the systems you have purchased, run “Service Tag Summary”, a new standard report. Note:  You will see the same service tag twice, if that service tag has both an initial and an extended warranty. 

                                                        

To search for a particular service tags, select the "Service Tag" radio button and input your service tag, then click submit.

About Purchase History Reports:

Purchase History Reports detail the number and type of system you ordered, when they were ordered, and where they were shipped. 
Reports are available to authorized users on your Premier Dell.com sites.  Contact your Dell Sales Representative
to add additional authorized users.
The data on all the reports is updated daily, but reflects activity through two business days ago.  From a report, click
on the order number, then "View Order Status" to get your order status as a a few moments ago.
Data is available for the last 13 months.
Data does not reflect returned systems.
