Premier Invoicing is a tool, which allows you to review your unpaid invoices online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you need to find out if a payment has been posted to your account or if you need to reconcile your purchase orders and invoices, the information is at your command whenever you need it. Open Invoices Report The Open Invoices report shows all open invoices for a particular account. Duplicate Invoice Image The duplicate invoice image is an electronic copy of a hard copy invoice. When you click on an individual invoice number, an electronic (duplicate) invoice is shown on the screen. The electronic copy is identical to the hard copy invoice mailed to you. You can use this electronic copy to view the details of an order and match it to your purchase order.
