Custom Fields can be set up and
pre-populated (a new feature!) for your organization during
the checkout process. Any specific information your
organization would like to capture can be done so using this
feature. |

Credit Card
pre-population is a new feature that will enable Dell to pre-populate
all or portions of your organizations's procurement or credit
card information during checkout. Dell can pre-populate
and hide any combination of the digits of a card number and
the expiration date
to help facilitate your procurement card and credit card purchases. |
Setting Up Your Profile
This feature
is a one-time setup of your unique bill to/ship to information that can
automatically be populated on future visits by entering your email address and password. Your profile can be updated as needed;
however, only one profile per address. The most important benefit of this feature
is that it saves time by reducing the amount of information you
must enter to complete your checkout process. You won't have to complete
your checkout page as it is automatically updated with your setup information. Click
on "Save my information and create my personal Dell.com profile". Please note:
This is your Dell Store profile, separate from your Premier Dell.com profile.

Confirmation Email
After placing an order online with Dell, you will receive
an email notification confirming your order and providing Dell contact
numbers. This is an automated email notification service that will inform
you that Dell has received the order and will begin processing it.
The benefit to this automated feature is to allow you to
be notified that your order has been received.
You will also receive a follow up email with your Dell order
number and other information once the order has been entered into Dell's
order management system.
