You can now store frequently used Orderforms/carts, without saving a formal E-quote, by saving your configuration as a Template. Your Templates have no expiration date and cannot be viewed by anyone but you. This feature allows you to easily recreate Orderforms for a system(s) you purchase frequently, with the benefit of constantly updated pricing. Additionally, if you are not quite ready to submit a configuration as an E-quote for your Purchasing Agent to review, Templates can be used as a "draft E-quote", viewable only by you. To use this feature, simply click on the "Save as Template" button in the Current Orderform page.

To Save a Template: 1.  Configure your system and add it to your Orderform. Once you are ready to save, click on "Save as Template".

2.  Name your Template and click "Save Template".  You can either save it as a new Template, or you can edit an existing Template by overwritting an old one.

To Retrieve a Template: 1.  Click on "View Templates".

2.  For the desired Template, you can choose to Place Order, Retrieve or Delete.
