When did you join Dell and what roles have you held in your time here?
I came over to Dell about 18 months ago when Dell acquired Quest Software (October 2012).
What responsibilities are included in your current role?
I’m part of the Dell Software IT/IS group and have the privilege of leading the teams that build and support most of the public facing sites for Dell Software.
How would you describe the Dell culture?
Dell Software is a fast paced and results-oriented culture.
What do you think people interested in working here would need to know?
Dell is incredibly diverse. You will have the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life and all parts of the world.
What keeps you here at Dell?

What positive effects have you seen as a result of Dell’s strategy?
There has been more emphasis on streamlining process and not over-complicating things; more emphasis on move quickly and making an immediate impact
What role have you played in helping your customers grow and thrive?
Since my team focuses on customer facing web sites, our primary opportunity is with making information more readily available to our customers and providing them the best user experience.
