Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by you and Dell EMC, the Dell EMC Cloud Services Terms of Service applies to all cloud services offered to customers.
 
Additional terms and conditions may apply to your purchase.  Please review your invoice, order acknowledgement or separately signed agreement with Dell EMC carefully to confirm what you purchased from Dell EMC, or from a Dell EMC reseller, and then select among the options below to review the terms and conditions applicable to your purchase.

  1. Dell EMC Cloud Services Terms of Service

    Dell EMC Cloud Services Terms of Service apply to the Services, including Pre-GA and Evaluation Services when Dell EMC makes any of these available for Customer's use. Each Service has applicable Supplemental Terms.

    This Dell Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies when it is incorporated by reference into a Dell company’s terms and conditions.
