“Previously, with the Dell OptiPlex FX170 Dell had robust hardware but many software-/management features were not available. So our customers decided either to remain at Dell OptiPlex fat clients or to purchase competitive products from specialized thin client producers. With the acquisition of Wyse and an appropriate integration into the end-to-end solution Dell could start to be in a more competitive position at the thin client market. In the future, the focus should be placed on both the hardware and the management software.”
Klaus Gambke, Key Account Manager, ACP IT Solutions AG Munich - Channel Partner
