  • In the event of a problem that cannot be resolved through phone-based
    troubleshooting, we will send a Dell-certified technician to your location
    after your call has been logged with us. Please note your call must be
    logged before the daily local cut-off time to arrange Next Day In-Home Support.
  • If you prefer an evening or a Saturday, our technicians can arrange
    a visit within five business days.

Your system will be repaired within 10 business days after completion
of phone-based troubleshooting. If the call is logged by the technician before
the daily cut-off time, your system will be collected during the next business day.
This service is only available Monday to Friday during local business hours.
