During the first 90 days you will gain access to Dell’s Premium Phone Support software helpline. This service provides you with access to advanced technicians and faster call answering times than standard phone support (Refer to the Benefits of Premium Phone Support tab for more details).

Should the system develop a fault, Dell can provide a collect, repair and return service within 10 business days after completion of phone-based troubleshooting.

Once your 90 days expire, your support will revert to Dell’s standard technical support for hardware only. By extending to a longer term of Premium Phone Support, you can continue receiving great software support in addition to hardware assistance.
