This service includes repair and if required, whole unit replacement along with international coverage* in Dell Direct countries. All Inspiron, XPS and Alienware laptops now come with accidental damage service.

Consumer InHome Limited Hardware Service
Should a remote diagnosis fail to rectify your problem, we’ll repair your PC within 1–2 business days at your home and as per your convenience. We cover over 700 cities and more than 20,000 pin codes in India.

You can get assistance from virtually anywhere with DellConnect™, where Dell service professionals can access, diagnose and repair your system securely over the internet, whether you’re at home or on the road.
