For customers in Mexico, Central and South America, please consult your country or region-specific Commercial Terms of Sale to locate your warranty information. You can also check your hardware specific warranty by selecting your country flag on the lower right ​corner of that page and inputting your hardware Service Tag. If you purchased hardware, software, peripherals or accessories manufactured by a third party, those products will generally be subject to a third party manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee, which will have been communicated to you upon receipt of the product.
