Marius Haas, Dell inc

Marius Haas is President and Chief Commercial Officer of Dell EMC. He is responsible for the global go-to-market organization, delivering innovative and practical solutions to commercial customers, and has responsibility for Dell channel partners, as well as public and federal institutions worldwide. Prior to this role, Marius served as chief commercial officer and president of Dell’s Enterprise Solutions Group, with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, development and deployment of all data center and cloud solutions globally.

Marius came to Dell in 2012 from Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (KKR), where he was responsible for identifying and pursuing new investments, while supporting existing portfolio companies with operational expertise. Prior to KKR, Marius was senior vice president and worldwide general manager of Hewlett-Packard’s (HP) networking division, and served as CEO chief of staff and senior vice president of strategy and corporate development. During his tenure at HP, Marius led numerous initiatives, including acquisitions, strategic planning, new business incubation and strategic alliances.

Earlier in his career, Marius held a wide range of senior operations roles at Compaq and Intel Corporation. He also served as a member of the McKinsey & Company CSO Council, the Ernst & Young Corporate Development Leadership Network, the board of directors for Airtight Networks, and the board of directors of the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals.

Marius serves on the board of directors for the U.S.-China Business Council and Westlake Chemical Corporation. He has a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and an MBA in International Management from the American Graduate School of Global Management (Thunderbird) in Glendale, Arizona.
