Your computer purchase includes Dell’s 1 Year Base Warranty which covers defects in material and workmanship. Depending on the product, your purchase might include additional services and you can also choose to upgrade to one or more of our premium services like Premium Phone Support, Accidental Damage or Basic Warranty Extensions.

Your system comes with Dell’s 1 year Base Warranty. If your system encounters an issue that is covered by the warranty that cannot be resolved remotely, Dell will collect, repair and return your system. Dell will pay all the costs of picking up and returning the system to but asks you to supply a box and package the system securely for transport.
