Hardware and software issues.

During the first 90 days you will gain access to Dell’s Premium Phone Support software helpline. This service provides you with access to advanced technicians and faster call answering times than standard phone support (Refer to the Benefits of Premium Phone Support tab for more details).

For added convenience, if your PC’s issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will send a Dell-certified technician to your home within 1 business day.

Once your 90 days expire, your support will revert to Dell’s standard technical support for hardware only. This provides phone or email assistance, or if your issue cannot be resolved remotely, we’ll fix your system at your home. By extending to a longer term of Premium Phone Support, you can continue receiving great software support in addition to hardware assistance.
Service PlanPremium Phone Support offers you support for Microsoft Office and other common software, setting up email, printers, anti-virus and helps with data transfers. Whether your software came preinstalled or bought separately from our website, we can help.
