Chester Bennington, Rob Bourdon, Brad Delson, Dave ‘Phoenix’ Farrell, Joe Hahn and Mike Shinoda collectively came to the hard decision to deviate from the foundation of their success in search of fresh new sounds and ideas. On the records that followed, Minutes to Midnight and A Thousand Suns, LP made the courageous leap into the unknown.
The learning curve was arduous, but a necessary and welcome challenge for the band. "Hybrid Theory" isn’t just the title of the first album, but a career mission statement. From day one, Linkin Park built the band upon the premise of fusing all of their favorite styles of music into one signature sound.
The band has spent the past year reinventing how to tastefully bridge the gap between all the musical destinations they’ve visited, and how to marry all the ideas they’ve accumulated. With each song, they flexed their expertise with both cutting-edge and classic gear, and they infused their vocals with an honest, thrilling enthusiasm; they picked apart their own ideas of what defines a song, and what defines Linkin Park.

Dell Achievement Series: Meet Yuta and Shota Yamaguchi
Although in two very different creative industries, the Yamaguchi
brothers are both passionate about creating an end product that
will change people’s lives.

Since they were young, they’ve been an inspiration to each other.
Yuta, a filmmaker, and Shota, a fine-furniture designer, were both
born in Japan and moved to the U.S. at a young age. Their parents
taught them to find what you love and once you find it, devote
yourself to it. And that’s exactly what they did.

Yuta and Shota both use Dell technology to bring their creative
pursuits to life and to keep in contact with their friends and family
in Japan. Yuta uses the Dell XPS 27 all-in-one for editing his films.
Shota uses the new Dell XPS 11 convertible to sketch his furniture
concepts in 3D and present his designs to his clients.

After leaving the banking business, Catherine joined her husband
Mark in his startup company, RIGHTSLEEVE, a promotional products
agency that delivers creative, branded merchandise. Catherine &
Mark believe that branded promotional products are just as important
as any advertising medium.

The challenge was managing the scale of their business. After
searching for an on-the-shelf solution, Catherine and Mark developed
commonsku, a web-based software and business management
platform for the promotional products industry.

Being a mom to three kids, Catherine feels that a flexible work
environment allows her to be more productive, while balancing the
needs of her family.Catherine uses the Dell XPS 18 all-in-one to be
