*** When buying the Return for Repair offer online, Dell requires your Service Tag number so that we can promptly send you a prepaid box for the return of your device. Without this information we are unable to process your order. Your Service Tag is located on the back or bottom of your product. Please call us at 1-800-288-4410 with this information and we will send out the box and prepaid shipping label kit for your Dell hardware repair. If we don’t receive your Service tag number within 14 days Dell will cancel your order and refund your money.
