Steve is a storage systems expert who has helped define and grow the Dell storage business from startup to its current pivotal role in Dell's enterprise solutions. He focuses on industry trends — cloud solutions, storage tiering, unified access and management, automated provisioning and fabric convergence. Prior to Dell, Steve held development, architecture and technology roles at IBM, where he defined hardware and software for scalable storage systems and architected solutions for enterprise data centers. Steve holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley and has served on the Board of Directors of the Storage Networking Industry Association. He holds numerous patents in areas related to his work.

Jimmy Pike is an expert in cloud computing and data center architectures who has made significant contributions to Dell’s enterprise solutions. Jimmy helped form Dell’s Data Center Solutions (DCS) as executive director and lead architect. He has helped drive innovative, shared infrastructure product architectures and strategies that established DCS as a leader in the technology industry. He is a coinventor on over 25 Dell patents with a lifetime achievement of more than 35 patents (awarded or pending). In his career, Jimmy has served as a senior architect/CTO and set the direction for products ranging from symmetric multiprocessing systems at AT&T, NCR and Intel to leading the Telecom (NEBS) server business unit at Intel.

Jon Ramsey is an information security expert with policy-making responsibility at Dell™ SecureWorks in Atlanta, Georgia. Jon has 20 years of hands-on experience at every level: system administrator, software engineer, analyst, security penetration specialist and senior engineer. Prior to joining Dell SecureWorks, Ramsey worked for the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT), Siemens and the University of Pittsburgh. Ramsey earned a Master's degree in software engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of IEEE and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM)
