To be eligible, you must be a graduate or undergraduate student enrolled in a formal co-operative program at an accredited college or university. You’ll gain academic credit for your assignments while you’re with us. Accounting Intern Program

Accounting Internship

Who: Select students enrolled in a five-year accounting program or equivalent
Where: United States
Time commitment: Eleven weeks over the summer


The Accounting Intern Program is an 11-week intensive development opportunity for undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in a 5-year accounting program (or who will have equivalent credit hours required to become a Certified Public Accountant). In the program, interns have opportunities for real-world work experiences through at least one specific project that culminates in an end-of-summer presentation to executive management. The summer internship also includes intern-specific team building events, an executive speaker series, and networking opportunities with participants in other Dell development programs and coworkers.

Engineering & Computer Science Internship

As a Dell  intern engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in one of the following areas:

The Global Sales and Business Operations Internship is a 10 to 12 week summer program providing insight into the behind-the-scenes projects that support positive customer engagement and an optimized end-to-end order experience. Participating departments may include Global Sales Planning & Analysis, Americas Sales Finance & Operations, Data Analytics, Inside Sales Operations, Pricing Strategy & Operations, and Americas Partner Sales Operations.

Global Services and Deployment Internship

Global Services and Deployment is made up of global operations teams to include customer service, supply chain, and professional services; marketing and sales operations teams, finance, engineering, and more. Roles include a combination of project management and internal consulting roles. Interns, joining this team, will be expected to apply strong consulting skills to broad set of business improvement opportunities, including: mergers and acquisitions, operations improvement, cost reduction and business optimization.

The Dell IT internship is a 10-12 week program designed for top performing undergraduate or graduate students. As an IT intern, you will undertake challenging, strategic, and operational projects. You will be given a manager who is committed to your success and will provide a detailed project plan for success and regularly meet 1x1 to provide support and network opportunities within the company.

The Marketing Internship Program invites students from select universities to join Dell marketing organization over the summer for a 10-12 week internship. Interns provide fresh insights into key strategic projects, and the program provides students an incredible learning experience and career development opportunity. Global Business Services Graduate Leadership Development Program
Global Business Services Graduate Leadership Development ProgramWho: Recently qualified post-graduates, with a second European language

Time commitment: 24 months
Level: Entry-level




The GBS Graduate Leadership Development Program offers graduates the opportunity to experience our fast-paced Finance and Services organizations. They will complete an extensive development training program including Lean Six Sigma & Toastmasters. Graduates will join EMC as an Associate Business Analyst, gaining experience in a variety of operational, analytical and financial areas, with exposure to Senior Leadership and cross functional project work.

After completion of the two year rotation program, which is made up of 5 different rotations, graduates will transition into the EMC GBS organization based on business need, skill alignment and participant desire.

Global Enterprise Leadership Development Program
Global Enterprise Services Leadership Development ProgramWho: Recent graduates with an undergraduate or MBA degree

The Global Services Leadership Development Program (GSLDP) is a rotational program consisting of four 6 month rotations. These assignments will provide exposure to the diverse areas of Global Enterprise Services including but not limited to our Customer Service, Professional Service, Strategy and Operations, and Go To Market organizations. We aim to build future leaders through strategic GES experiences, foundational leadership training, and professional networking skills. The program accelerates our associate’s careers and delivers high performance and strategic thinking to the business. We are looking for individuals who can think strategically and solve problems. The ability to multi-task in a fast paced and rapidly changing technical environment as well as the talent to be a thought leader are key components to be successful in this program.

Global Services Associate Program
 

Global Services Associate Program Who: Entry Level recent grads up to five years of experience

Time commitment: 18 - 30 months (depending on role within program)
Level: Entry to mid level




The Global Services Associate Program (GSAP) recruits and hires candidates locally and provides training centrally in one of our 10 global training locations. As a GSAP Associate, you will be developed through a structured program that combines intensive training and practical experience in a multi-week Boot Camp. This Boot Camp includes an introduction to the storage industry, best practices and methodologies and the EMC way of doing business. Your training will include hands-on work with EMC products and platforms and storage infrastructure tools. You will also receive the foundation necessary to achieve technical certifications (EMC and Non-EMC).

All of this technical training is combined with extensive professional skills and role-specific training. Ultimately, you will transition out of your training Boot Camp to your full time role. At that point, you will take on the daily responsibilities of your job with the guidance of your mentor and pursue further post-Boot Camp development to ensure that your skills keep up with the demands of the company and IT industry. You are reviewed on your performance bi-annually and are eligible for merit increases with each program review. Upon successfully completing the program, you will be eligible for a promotion to the next job level within the Business Unit you are aligned to.

HR Rotation Program
Human Resources Rotation ProgramWho: Undergraduate and Masters in Human Resources graduates

Dell Human Resources Rotation Program is designed to build a team of well-rounded HR professionals who can innovate, think strategically, build strong relationships with clients, keep our customers in mind, drive results and lead the future of HR at Dell Technologies.

Participants typically experience a rotation assignment: in a business- aligned HR position, in an HR Specialty role, such as compensation, talent acquisition or benefits, or on a key strategic project or activity.

IT MBA Leadership Program

Level: MBA Graduate (Mid Career)




The Global IT MBA Leadership Program provides talented and ambitious MBA graduates the opportunity to leverage their education, demonstrated leadership, and passion for technology to develop the technical, business, and consulting skills essential for today’s technology leaders.

As a member of the IT Leadership Program, you will experience four distinctly different 6 month rotations within the IT organization, regular exposure to leadership, and the opportunity to build a strong professional network. The IT Leadership Program also provides members with a robust training program and participation in stretch assignments to solve real-life business problems through global teamwork.

Marketing Development Program

Marketing Development Program (MDP)Who: Recent MBA marketing graduates
Where: United States
Time commitment: Nine to twelve months
Level: Mid-level (4-6 years relevant experience)





Within one year of completion of your MBA and acceptance of a full-time offer within marketing, you will be placed into the Marketing Development Program for a period of nine to twelve months. You will lead strategic assignments in various parts of the organization on a wide variety of teams such as: marketing operations, product marketing, and regional marketing. You will have access to structured and exclusive trainings, executive exposure through mentorships and events, networking opportunities within your cohort and other development program members, community service projects, coaching, inclusion in the growing MDP alumni network, and the chance to identify your ideal role within Dell.
