Growth and Strength of the PartnerDirect Program for Dell Security
With the goal of ensuring the best possible partner profitability, Dell Security is announcing several enhancements to its partner programs. Included are elements that reward partners for the value they add to identifying, selling and implementing Dell Security Solutions. Updates to Deal Registration include recommended discounts of up to 40% off list price and a newly lowered minimum deal registration threshold to approximately $5,000 to better suit its channel partners in the SMB space. Incremental discounts will also be available to partners with technical capabilities who leverage the Dell Security programs to deliver a proof of concept to their customers.
New strategies for sustained partner sales and technical enablement are also being announced including expanded curriculum and delivery options. A new sales accreditation program recently rolled out to the Dell Security sales teams is now being made available to all Dell Security Partners in July 2016. Designed to help continue driving the momentum behind the 30% increase in Dell certified Network Security partners over the last year, the program covers the full Dell Security portfolio and includes online learning, tools, training and accreditation.
Dell Security Executives lay out vision and strategy for EMEA partners
The Peak agenda features keynotes from recently announced Dell Security Executives including Steve Pataky, Vice President of Worldwide Security, Stephanie Mims, Executive Director, Worldwide Security Support and Services and Sarah Trunk, a 10 year EMEA SonicWALL veteran who now leads EMEA sales as the new Sales Director for Dell SonicWALL.
These appointments demonstrate Dell Security’s commitment to the channel community and continued focus on driving opportunities for partners.
Dell Security Partner Awards
At Dell Security EMEA PEAK16, partners will be rewarded for their continued commitment to Dell’s SonicWALL portfolio. The awards are designed to highlight partner excellence in delivering Dell solutions and the categories cover distributors, partners, newcomers and the project of the year. Results from the awards will be announced on Wednesday 22nd June, after the keynote presentation from Curtis Hutcheson.
Dell SonicWALL SMA is a key product offering for Dell’s channel community and with this new update partners will be able to provide their customers with even greater threat protection technology. The proliferation of devices in the workplace, both employer-issued and personally owned, has increased the demand on organisations to enable secure mobile access to company applications, data and resources.
