Round Rock Independent School District wants their students to graduate from high school with modern skillsets necessary to own their future and succeed in continued higher education and work life. The Next Generation Digital Classroom Initiative prompted the District to build a “Library of the Future” designed by students to provide a technology-enabled collaborative learning space. The District partnered with Dell to implement Dell Chromebooks, laptops, desktops and interactive LCD displays in the classrooms & student-designed library to enhance student learning. Dell’s job-embedded Professional Learning for K-12 service program provides faculty training for those digital tools.
