  • Your order will be delivered between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Someone will need to be at the nominated address to accept and sign for the delivery.
  • Estimated delivery time does not commence until your payment has been received by us.
  • The delivery time is an estimate only and the delivery date will be affected by:
    A. Clearance of your payment to us from your financial institution;
    B. Whether there is a shortage of parts for the system that you have ordered;
    C. Your delivery address. If you live in a nonmetropolitan or regional delivery zone, a longer delivery time may apply to your order. If your order contains non-Dell-branded products and peripherals (such as Logitech® keyboard), these products will be delivered separately to your Dell system or printer order.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER
 

We will commence work on your order immediately and accordingly, changes in your order detail may not be possible.
Any permissible changes in order detail will incur delivery delays and additional cost.
The above is not applicable for express delivery orders.
