    Download and Install the Bluetooth Drivers

    1. Save any work and close all programs.

    2. Browse to the Drivers and Downloads page.

    3. Under Choose by Service Tag, click Enter a Tag, type the computer's Service Tag number.

      If the Service Tag is not available, click
      Select Model
      and select the appropriate printer model.

    4. Click

    5. Select the desired Operating System and Driver Language from the drop-down boxes as pictured in Figure 1.

  2. Select Mice & Keyboards to the right of Category, from the drop-down boxes as pictured in Figure 1.

  4. Click Download Now to the right of Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Bundle..

    By downloading, you accept the terms of the Dell Software License Agreement.

  5. Click the Save button.

  6. On the Save as window, click Save (make note of the file name).

  7. When the download completes, click Open folder.

  8. Right-click the downloaded zip file, then click Extract All, and follow the instructions.

  9. Click Finish when the files have been extracted.

  10. Double click Setup when the folder with the extracted files open.

  11. Select the desired Language, click Next.

  12. Follow the prompts that appear to install the driver and software.

  13. If prompted to restart your system, click Finish.
