What is happening?

Some Dell™ and Alienware™ customers who purchased McAfee Anti-virus with a 15/24/36 months subscription shows only a 30-day subscription even after activation.


Some Dell customers may find that after purchasing a 15, 24, or 36 month subscription for McAfee Security Suite that the expiration date displayed in the SecurityCenter is only for 30 days. McAfee Customer Service can correct your subscription information.


Contact McAfee Customer Service Desk service desk over the phone 866-622-3911. Hours of Operation: 6AM - 6PM PST, 7 days a week.

Please have your Dell order number or customer number ready when calling so that they can quickly assist you. Some other details they may need when you call are listed next:

· Customer First Name

· Customer Last Name

· Primary Email Address

· Secondary Email Address

· Date Of Shipment

· Dell/Alienware Service Tag
